Who
IDS trainers and consultants have educational backgrounds in organizational behavior, psychology, management, sociology and other areas of human relations. We also have real and down to earth business experience.
Where
IDS offices are located in Sylva, North Carolina where we have access to a six-acre training facility complete with a challenge/ropes course and indoor/outdoor classroom. However, many of our programs take us on the road. We pride ourselves in delivering our programs anywhere our clients request.
When
IDS was founded in the fall of 1996. On average, each of our trainers has over a decade or more of experience.
